2008 Clos Marie l’Olivette
Dark ruby red color, slightly oxidized. Developed, with good intensity, there is red fruit- pure red cherry that is really seducing in this wine, mixed with rosemary and thyme aromas, ethereal and savoury. Full bodied, with bright acidity and a really lively palate, silky, there is immense drink-ability in this wine, a real Burgundian character and a medium finish with plenty of black tea and cocoa powder. What a great surprise. 13.5% (90/100)
